Curtain:a piece of cloth covering a window

Dustbin: container to put the rubbish in.

Electricity: a form of energy needed for electrical devices.

Candle: piece of wax that can give us light.

Dishwasher: machine to wash the dishes.

Plug:part at the end of an electric cord with two metal pins that connects to electricity.

Air conditioning: machine that gives us cold air.

Heating: machine that gives us heat.

Sink: a large open container for water.

Tap: object by which a flow of liquid from a pipe can be controlled.

Rubbish: waste material.

Bulb: the glass part of a lamp that gives out light.

In my house there isn´t a dustbin, we recycle plastic and paper.

There isn´t a dishwasher, but there is a sink with a tap.

If electricity is out, we can use candles.
